How to Choose the Correct Axle Bore Size?
Before purchasing, please ensure you measure the correct dimension of your existing wheel to guarantee a perfect fit for your installation shaft or bolt (e.g., 17mm axle/bolt).
✔️ Correct Measurement (Central Bore ID):
You must measure the Inner Diameter (ID) of the central bearing. To do this, insert the inside jaws of your caliper completely into the central hole.
Standard Option for WHILL Wheelchair/AGV: 17 mm.
❌ Incorrect Measurement (Flange/Bearing OD):
Do NOT measure the outside of the bearing flange or metal casing. For example, a measurement of around 30.84 mm represents the housing/flange Outer Diameter (OD), NOT the installation hole size.
