    We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
    Product has a manufacturing defect
    Incorrect item was shipped
    Product was damaged during transit

    Due to the industrial nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
    Customized or OEM products
    Used, installed, or modified items
